Bilawal and Mengal agree on a joint budget strategy trendy blogger

Islamabad:

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto made a phone call with Balochistan National Party (BNP) leader Munjal Akhtar Munjal on Saturday and discussed the current political situation in the country.

According to the details, the two leaders agreed on a joint strategy for the financial budget for next year.

They also exchanged views on the 18th Constitutional Amendment and government action on the National Finance Commission (NFC) award.

“By criticizing the 18th Constitutional Amendment, Imran Khan is attacking the Constitution,” Bilawal said.

They expressed concern about the increasing number of COVID-19 patients in the country and discussed holding an all-party conference next week.

Bilawal and Shahbaz reject federal budget

“PTI and IMF budget are anti-people. We cannot accept that,” the PTI chief said.

He added: “Due to the government’s incompetence, the Corona virus has spread everywhere.”

The two leaders also rejected the increase in oil prices and noted that this is the right time to provide maximum relief to the people.

A few days ago, Mengal announced his party’s withdrawal from its alliance with the federal government led by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) due to its failure to implement the agreements concluded with the party.

“I officially announce that our party has ended its alliance with PTI. We will remain in Parliament and continue to talk about the issues,” he said during a session of the National Assembly.

Munjal added that the PTI signed two agreements with the party at the time of forming the government after the 2018 elections and later during the presidential elections, but no point of the agreement was implemented.
