FPCCI and BBoIT to host Balochistan Summit 2025 – Trendy Blogger

Lahore, Jan 07 (APP): Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade (BBoIT) will jointly organize the much anticipated Balochistan Summit 2025 from January 27 to 28 in Islamabad.

The summit aims to showcase and promote diverse trade and investment opportunities in Balochistan, with a focus on industrial and commercial activities, investment growth and manufacturing.

Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry President Atif Ikram Sheikh, Vice President Zaki Ijaz and General Patron of UBG/FPCCI, SM Tanveer, made the announcement during a seminar titled “Unlocking Business and Investment Opportunities in Balochistan” held here at the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry regional office on Tuesday.

The webinar also included valuable insights from Bilal Khan Kakar, Vice Chairman of BBoIT, and CEO Abdul Kabir Zarkoon, who provided in-depth information about the investment potential of the province.

The summit is expected to enhance international cooperation, strengthen economic relations, and highlight Balochistan as an ideal investment destination. Emphasizing security, officials stressed that local investors will receive the same level of protection as foreign investors.

Zaki Ijaz and SM Tanveer also stressed the importance of establishing Balochistan Bank, as well as ensuring law and order to attract local and international investors.

Zaki Ijaz stressed that the government must pay special attention to these areas, as other governorates have done, in order to promote economic growth and attract more investments. They highlighted the significant untapped opportunities in Balochistan and urged the private sector to take full advantage of them.

The event also saw contributions from Mian Zahid Hussain, Chairman, FPCCI Policy Advisory Council, Wali Muhammad Khan, Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Abdul Haq Jatoi, President, Dadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who also shared their views.
