KARACHI: Pakistan Navy COMLOG Annual Proficiency Awards 2024 was held at PN Dockyard Hall in Karachi. Deputy Chief of Naval Staff Lieutenant General Ovis Ahmad Bilgrami participated in this occasion as chief guest.
The ceremony is organized annually in appreciation of the efforts of employees and units for their pivotal role in achieving the leadership’s goals.
In his speech, the Deputy Chief of Naval Staff emphasized that sustained efforts, unwavering determination and strong commitment to innovation are the core principles of PN Dockyard. He congratulated the award winners and advised them to continue the good work with the same zeal and enthusiasm.
Earlier, in his welcome address, Logistics Commander, Rear Admiral Sohail Arshad, highlighted the operational achievements of the COMLOG Command during 2024. He stated that the COMLOG Command successfully executed its assigned role despite the challenges.
He further emphasized that professional excellence has been and will continue to be the hallmark of COMLOG leadership.
During the ceremony, the guest of honor distributed awards to individuals and units for their outstanding performance.
The event was attended by a large number of current and retired Senior Technical Branch Officers, Chief Constables/Sailors and Naval Civilians of the COMLOG Command.
