Harry Hobbs (@Harryhobbsunsw) is an associate professor at the Faculty of Law and Justice at the University of New South Wales. Harry’s main research interests are in public law and the rights of indigenous peoples. He has a research prize at the start of his career at the start of his career, where he is investigating the creation of indigenous treaties in Canada and New Zealand to identify lessons for modern processes to adjust treaties in Australia. He has published several books on micronizations, including Micronizations and search for sovereignty And How to govern your own country. His most recent work is Pseudolaw and sovereign citizens (Hart, 2025).
