IslamabadA delegation of the World Bank Executive Directors (WB) arrived in Islamabad on Monday to review the progress made within the framework of development of $ 40 billion, with the aim of helping Pakistan economically.
The visiting delegation is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Shaybaz Sharif, Finance Minister Mohamed Orangezib and other federal ministers during their stay in Pakistan.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the WB delegation and the government will trade in effective implementation of $ 40 billion under the framework of the rural partnership – which must be brought out by the global lender over a decade of time to Pakistan.
The WB delegation, which came to Pakistan, after nearly ten years, will review the steps taken by the government and also visit all provinces to take inputs from the provinces governments.
