The federal government pledged to ensure energy supplies without interruption within magic hours and breakfast throughout Ramadan, even in areas with high electricity theft, according to a report.
Energy Minister Awais Leghari announced that immediate instructions will be issued to ensure uncomfortable electricity for fasting families.
Legari also rejected rumors of the solar energy tax, showing that no such tax has been imposed. It alluded to more discounts in the energy tariff in the coming months, providing potential relief to consumers amid high energy costs.
During the Senate Standing Committee on the Power meeting, officials revealed the progress of negotiations with independent energy producers (IPPS).
A special assistant assistant to the Prime Minister, Muhammad Ali, stated that the agreements were terminated with six IPPS, while the discussions were underway to transfer others from the dollar payments into the local currency.
The government also plans to waive the benefits in distinguished dues and secure fixed loans for the cost of banks to process circular debt, which is still a top priority.
The meeting turned shortly when the journalist tried to record the procedures.
While Senator Shipley Fraz warned against the possible work under electronic laws in order to report the abuse of reporting, Senator Senator Mohsen Aziz in favor of media coverage, citing the delay in the broadcaster’s footage in the state.
These decisions come at a time when Pakistan is facing an economic crisis, as the ability to withstand energy costs and access as a critical public disturbance appears.
