TECH GIANT TINCENT has unveiled a new collection of artificial intelligence tools designed to convert text and images into 3D images, enhancing China’s position in artificial intelligence.
The company launched five open source models based on Hunyuan3D-2.0 technology, including high-speed “Turbo” versions that generate 3D images in less than 30 seconds.
The latest release depends on the growing TENCENT wallet of artificial intelligence. In January, the company Hunyuan3d-2.0, claiming that it exceeds industry models in the consistency of the text, engineering accuracy, and visual quality. This follows the emergence of November 2024 models of 3D models, which initially aim at designers and game developers.
The 3D TUNCENAD TURBO S, a large language model that treats queries faster than the leading R1 model in Deepseek. Meanwhile, the mother Tiktok is also competing in the text space to 3D with its Voomniverse model, which was released in 2024.
Chinese companies are increasingly challenging the US domination of artificial intelligence, providing competitive or superior performance.
