DG NAB holds the open court, and hundreds seek justice to defraud housing – Trendy Blogger

Lahore: The National Accountability Office (NAB) has intensified its suppression on the fraudulent housing plans and investment companies, as the Director General (DG) Nab Lahore, Muhammad Hamim Dar, conducted an open court (Khouli Kawasi) to address the victims of the victims.

Hundreds of complaints attended the session, and they were seeking justice for financial losses and the delay in delivery operations.

Taking immediate action, DG NAB ordered that the CV verification in the Sarmayadari scandal is upgraded to the investigation stage. He also ordered the status of individuals accused in the exit control list (ECL/PCL) to prevent them from escaping from the country.

To enhance transparency, the WhatsApp collection for victims has been formed, and they were provided with actual time updates about cases of cases.

Among the affected individuals were the victims of Sarmayadari, Palm Vista Housing, Grand Avenue Housing, Khayaban-E-Amin Housing Society, Al-Rehman Garden-IV, Al-Jalil Garden, New Lahore City, and Eden City. Many were waiting for years to restore their investments or receive their promised real estate.

In his speech to the victims of the housing scandal in Khayaban Amin, the General Manager NAB confirmed that all individuals who paid more than 50 % of their dues will be allocated their conspiracies or apartments in accordance with the agreements with the management of the Housing Association.

As for the case of housing in Grand Avenue, officials ordered the case to a case under the Anti -Money Laundering Law (AMLA). In addition, the complainants reported that the assets that the accused surrendered through the declaration deal (PB) will be filtered soon, with great developments soon.

Lahore’s intervention confirms his commitment to limiting financial fraud, expediting justice to victims, and ensuring accountability for the participants in housing fraud.
