National Resources Limited (NRL), a 100 % Pakistani mining company, confirmed a great mastery of gold copper in Chagay, Balochistan-a penetration that could reshape the country’s mineral development scene.
This discovery was announced by NRL Chairman and CEO of Lucky CEMENT MUAMMAD Ali TABBA at the Pakistan Investment Forum 2025, which was held on Monday.
NRL, a joint project for Fatima Fertilizer, Liberty Mills and Lucky CEMENT, has been granted an exploration lease contract in October 2023. Since then, 18 new possibility has been set in the region, including “Tang Kau”, which has advanced to the drilling stage.
The company completed 13 hole of diamonds, which total 3517 meters, with each change similar to the crossfire and minerals. The results of the examination of the first six holes confirm the promising struggle on the surface, with a copper equivalent range from 0.28 % to 0.56 %.
More drilling is to be made in May 2025, followed by a ni 43-101 technical report by the end of the year. NRL also holds a major license for zinc next to a well -known deposit and explores the feasibility of treating the course of the river.
The company, which is working closely with the Baluchistan and SIFC government, is continuing additional exploration licenses supported by a fund worth $ 100 million, and has signed OGDC to cooperate in the future.
