Dubai (United Arab Emirates): Ambassador Faisal Nias Termesi, Pakistan envoy in the United Arab Emirates, opened the Pakistan Pavilion in the 49th edition of the Middle East of 2025, which was held at the Dubai Commercial Center from 07-09, 2025.
The opening ceremony was attended by General Hussein Mohamed, Trade and Investment Adviser Ali Zeeb Khan and Chairman of the Business Board of Business in Dubai, Mr. Shaaber, a merchant, along with the Pakistani exhibitors.
The Pakistani wing, which was organized under the Commercial Development Authority in Pakistan (TDAP), was organized by eight leading Pakistani companies that display innovations across five main sectors of energy transmission. These include smart solutions, clean and renewable energy, backup generators, critical energy, transportation, distribution, energy consumption and management.
Ambassador Termesi expressed his pride in the growing role of Pakistan in the global energy market, saying: “It is proud that eight dynamic Pakistani companies participate in this prestigious event under the TDAP platform. A player in the energy sector.”
With the highlight of the growth of the export of Pakistan, especially in the Middle East and North Africa, the ambassador stressed the position of the United Arab Emirates as one of the main commercial partners in Pakistan. He added: “East Energy provides the opportunity for Pakistani companies to engage in exchanging knowledge, and participates in partnerships and explores new ways to cooperate with global industry leaders. This platform is useful in strengthening Pakistan’s imprint in the international energy market.”
