Google said that Britain can open 400 billion pounds ($ 533 billion) in economic growth if more workers are trained to use artificial intelligence tools, especially for administrative tasks.
In a new report based on its experimental program in the United Kingdom, Google said that simple interventions – such as providing permission and a few hours of training – have greatly helped increase the dependence of artificial intelligence in the workplace.
AI Works AI GIANT GIANT plans, which were conducted in cooperation with Consultance Public First, were presented through educational boxes, a labor union, and a small business network. On average, workers fled 122 hours a year using artificial intelligence tools, according to the results.
The report highlighted a large gap in the use of artificial intelligence among older women from the lower social and economic backgrounds. Before the pilot, only 17 % of women used more than 55 years per week, and only 9 % per day. After three months of training, these numbers jumped to 56 % and 29 %, respectively.
Google found that there is a great obstacle to adoption is the uncertainty between workers about whether the use of artificial intelligence in their jobs is allowed. The treatment of this frequency has proven-what some described as “then to demand”-a key to enhancing confidence and long-term participation with artificial intelligence tools.
The study indicates that the targeted training and organizational support can help bridge the artificial intelligence gap, which leads to great production gains across sectors.
