Noah Zerbe (@N_zerbe) is professor of political science at California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt. His research focuses on the intersections of food policy, globalization, biotechnology and political economy. It has largely published the political economy of genetically modified food, agricultural innovation and the impact of globalization on food systems. His recent work examines how economic and technological changes reshape food policy in the 21st century.
