Pakistan Telecom Company (PTCL) has announced the sale of a major property located on the II Chundrigar Road in Karachi, one of the most desirable commercial corridors in the city. The sale will be performed through a transparent and competitive bid.
The plot of 13583 square (about 27 Canal), located next to the Jang Press, features an angle location with a 500 -foot interface on the Chundrarar II. Due to its prominent location, the site is ideal for iconic commercial developments, high -end offices, and luxury residential projects.
PTCL invites expressions of interest from individuals, companies and corporate entities, with the deadline for submitting applications on May 31, 2025.
Industry observers note that selling reflects the PTCL strategy to cancel value lock from non -basic assets and enhance its public budget. In recent years, the company has made many initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and focusing on basic telecom companies and digital services.
The sale of this prominent origin is expected to attract great attention from real estate developers and investors, given the conspiracy site in the heart of the financial and commercial region in Karachi.
