Makramah Limited Bank has re -elected Mr. Abdullah Nasser Abdullah Hussein Lootah as Chairman of the Board of Directors for a period of three new years, while Mr. Jawad Majid Khan will continue as a president and executive director, the bank of the Pakistani Stock Exchange (PSX) informed on Wednesday.
The appointment was made after the annual general meeting of the bank that was held on March 27, 2025. The re -election of Mr. Lootah was approved through a decision through trading under Article 192 (1) of the Companies Law, 2017.
Mr. Jawad Majid Khan was approved as CEO by the Board of Directors under Articles 187 and 188 of the law. PSX was asked to inform members of changes accordingly.
