Myriam Haley began to collapse on Wednesday, as she told the jurors about the moment when Harvey Winstein was about to sexually assault.
She said, “I just decided to check it and bear it.”
The former TV production assistant is the first of three accused to testify to the trial of Winztein in Manhattan. She witnessed the testimony she submitted in his first trial five years ago, claiming that Winstein attacked her in his apartment in Soho on July 10, 2006.
Before that visit, Winstein invited her to attend the first show “Clerks II” in Los Angeles, an invitation to kiss her. She later asked her to stop at his apartment to meet, and she agreed – explaining that she was embarrassed to refuse after accepting the call for the first offer.
Haley said that after he was brought down by a driver, he sent him Winstein and led her to the entrance to the Soho apartment, he left – and there was no one else inside. While she and Winstein were sitting on a sofa, suddenly “set out” and tried to kiss her. I rejected him, but he continued, “He suffocated me with progress.” Haley said he used his body to push it towards a bed in a dark bedroom.
She said, “He was holding me and touching me,” adding that she was “trying to keep him away from me.”
However, Haley narrated that Winstein has repeatedly pushed her to bed. While she was struggling, she was afraid to become violent and that her chances of escaping were minimal.

Although his progress was refused, Haley got a job in 2006 as a production assistant on “Project Runway”, which was produced by Winstein.
After the third season of the reality competition chain, Winstein met a conversation in the lobby tape at the Manhattan Hotel in late June – just weeks before the alleged sexual assault. During the conversation, they discussed her work as a production assistant on “Project Runway”. According to Hali, Winztein presented a letter to support the extension of her work visa, because she was not an American citizen.

Veneztein is accused of committing a first -class criminal law against Haley. He admitted that he was not guilty.
Haley’s lawyer, Gloria Alrad, sat at the court exhibition on Tuesday and Wednesday to watch the certificate.
The disgraceful film was convicted of the abuse of Haley and another accused, actress Jessica Man, in his initial trial in 2020.
Last Thursday, two women who were friends with Haley witnessed in 2006 – Enetein and Christine Breesman – that Haley had settled on her shortly after the alleged attack by Winstein.
