Dubai (United Arab Emirates): The meeting was also attended by Dr. Haza Khalfan Al -Nuaimi, Assistant Secretary -General for Excellence and Government Services, and Khaled Jama Belhoul, Director of Partnerships and International Relations, and the Secretary -General’s Office. The Pakistani envoy in the United Arab Emirates, Ambassador Faisal Niaz Troisi, attended a Pakistan envoy to the United Arab Emirates, along with the commercial advisor and journalist for the mission during the meeting.
By welcoming the Pakistani delegation, Al -Basti presented an overview of the government excellence program in Dubai, a leading initiative launched in 2003 aimed at enhancing the standards of public sector performance, governance and innovation. He explained how the program benefits from the best international practices to build a smart and effective governance system and revolve around customers. He filmed that the main performance indicators include citizen satisfaction and employee happiness.
The Minister expressed the best demand for the insight into the Dubai government and participated in Pakistan’s long -term strategic planning. See Pakistan’s vision to become a $ 1 trillion economy by 2035, driven by digital transformation, governance reforms, and continuous policy frameworks. He stressed that political stability, institutional continuity, peace and innovation are vital pillars to achieve comprehensive and sustainable growth.
The minister also explained Pakistan’s focus on reforms in civil service and reforms in the public sector, with the aim of reorganizing governance structures to meet the demands of an advanced global environment that advances in the field of technology.
In response, the Basti family supported the importance of a clear leadership vision and the participation of effective citizens to achieve national goals. He stressed that accountability and transparency should support governance to ensure the optimal performance of the government and the implementation of policy.
Both sides admitted the possibility of bilateral cooperation in areas such as human capital development, information technology and financial services, and expressed mutual desire to explore paths to exchange knowledge and partnerships led by innovation.
