Pakistan has given permission for 150 Afghan trucks to cross into India across the borders of its faces. The decision was applied to an official request from the Afghan embassy in Islamabad, which sought to release the Afghan trucks that were cut off in Pakistan due to the comment in the transportation trade.

The Pakistani Foreign Ministry confirmed that these Afghan trucks that entered Pakistan only before April 25 will allow their trip to India.

A detailed list of 150 trucks has been shared with relevant authorities to ensure smooth goods pass through the border.

“This decision reflects the friendly relations and brotherhood between Pakistan and Afghanistan,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in its response to the Afghan embassy. The trucks were kept at various checkpoints for several days due to the restrictions imposed on the Afghan Indian transit trade.

In addition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs asked the Afghan authorities to provide details of any trucks that cut off the remaining ways that may require a permit, which indicates that the situation can be re -evaluated as necessary.
