In two separate meetings in the CM House of the Finance and development and development departments today, the Prime Minister ended the annual development program (ADP), stressing that priority must be given to rehabilitate the infrastructure affected by floods in the next budget. He also stressed the need to reduce non -development expenses while increasing allocations for development projects.

He also directed to provide multiple plans for technical and higher education, and called for projects that enhance sports and health activities for youth.
He also called on the Prime Minister to introduce new plans to expand ADP and emphasized the importance of financial wisdom. He called for measures to save costs to ensure that savings are redirect towards development activities.
The main projects that have been identified for accelerated financing in the new fiscal year include the K-IV water supply project, and Shahra-Poto High, a highway of 38.75 km aimed at improving urban conductivity and reducing congestion, and continuous transport plans in Karachi.
The Prime Minister confirmed the reduction of non -development expenditures with the increase in development projects. He highlighted the government’s efforts to enhance financial resources and expressed optimism that regional tax collection agencies will achieve their goals.
One day before, CM Shah announced that water and sanitation supply plans will be included in the province’s AdP as part of the boycott budget for the fiscal year 2025-26.
And the opinion of a high -level meeting at CM House, he said that many development plans focusing on water supplies, sanitation, solar energy, industrial and agricultural development will be included in ADP. He also emphasized that rebuilding schools affected by floods will be a top priority in the upcoming height plan.
Shedding light on the scale of the development program for this year, the Prime Minister recalled that the ADP is worth 493 billion rupees, with 55 billion rupees specialized under the ADP region. He added that there were 4,644 planning planners in progress during the current fiscal year, and it was expected that 1812 of them were expected to be completed by the end of June 2025.
Prime Minister Shaybaz Sharif said earlier that the government’s priority in the next budget is to provide relief to the average man, saying that comprehensive resources will be used to reduce the financial difficulties of the poor and the middle class.
