ABU DHABI (UAE): The second season of the Pakistani Women’s Badminton Tournament in Dubai, organized by the Pakistanis Dubai (PID), concluded with great success, showcasing the talent and spirit of the community of Pakistani women in Dubai. PID, the largest Pakistani social media group in the UAE, regularly organizes various events to keep the community engaged and make the group a valuable resource for its members. The group strongly believes in women’s participation in all fields and is committed to providing platforms for women to showcase their talents and skills, thereby empowering them.

In this tournament, Saman Nawaz bagged the first position, followed by Qurrat Ul Ain Sabahat in second and Faiza Liaquat in third. Organizers stressed that participation and enthusiasm were the true measures of success, encouraging all players to continue training and maintain their positive attitude. The event was made possible thanks to the support of sponsors Task Sports and Masooma Hassan, with special recognition given to Farzana Mansoor for announcing a celebratory lunch for the winners and attending the event. Artist Soobika Jamal Alvi was also recognized for her contribution to resin artworks featuring PID logos.
