Michael W. Mosser (@mwmosser) is director of the Center for European Studies (CES) and an associate teaching professor at the University of Texas at Austin with appointments in the Department of Government and the International Relations and Global Studies (IRG) program . From 2022 to August 2024, he served as Executive Director of the Global Disinformation Lab (GDIL), as well as a Distinguished Scholar at the Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law.
Dan G Cox is a professor of political science at the United States Army School of Advanced Military Studies. He wrote extensively on the future of war. He served as part of the NATO Partnership for Peace during a mission to Armenia. All opinions expressed herein are his own and do not represent the U.S. Army, the School of Advanced Military Studies, or any U.S. Department of Defense or government agency.
