KARACHI: UAE Consul General Bakhit Atiq Al Rumaiti received Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon at his office in Clifton Karachi. During the meeting between Senior Minister of Sindh Sharjeel Inam Memon and Consul General of the United Arab Emirates Bakhit Atiq Al Rumaiti, the two officials discussed ways to enhance common values and enhance cooperation in various fields.
During the meeting, the Consul General of the country invited Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon to participate in the National Day celebrations of the United Arab Emirates. Senior Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon emphasized that the sisterly Islamic country, the United Arab Emirates, is celebrated with patriotic brotherly enthusiasm.
In the meeting between Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon and UAE Consul General Bakhit Ateeq Rometi, it was agreed to continue promoting development and economic and social cooperation.
The Consul General of the UAE, Bakhit Atiq Al Rumaiti, praised the Sindh government’s initiatives to combat drugs.
On the occasion of the meeting, Consul General Bakhit Atiq Al Rumaiti said that the UAE government will set up free medical camps in different cities for the people of Sindh.
In his speech on this occasion, Senior Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the mutual fraternal relations between the UAE and Sindh extend for decades, and that the UAE’s efforts for the people of Sindh are unforgettable. The United Arab Emirates has been a sister country to us for a long time, and the efforts of the United Arab Emirates for the development of Pakistan, especially Sindh, are no secret.
He said that the people of the UAE stood by the people of Sindh in all difficult times, and that UAE investment plays an important role in the infrastructure, health and education sector in Sindh.
Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the Sindh government is committed to strengthening the partnership with the UAE government, promoting peace and prosperity and deepening these relations.
