Islamabad: Trade Minister Jam Kamal Khan arrived in Phnom Penh on Sunday for a three-day official visit to participate in the inaugural meeting of the Joint Trade Committee and Ministerial Meeting.
Upon his arrival, the Pakistani Ambassador to Cambodia, Zaheeruddin Babar Thyim, and Mr. Thith Rithibol, Undersecretary of the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce, received the Minister in a press statement.
The visit aims to strengthen bilateral trade relations, explore new economic opportunities, and enhance cooperation between the two countries.
The meetings are expected to cover a range of topics, including trade facilitation, investment prospects and market access.
This represents an important step towards deepening economic engagement between Pakistan and Cambodia.
It is expected that more discussions and agreements will be made during the visit.
