The Hong Kong International Film Festival Forum (HKIFF) in Hong Kong-the Asian Film Film List (HAF) has announced a list of 15 business features, as a mixture of established effects and talents arising from all over Asia.
Projects will be presented in the expanded HKIFF project market, which runs from 17 to 19 March alongside Hong Kong. They join a list of 25 projects previously announced.
The Pack Command is new works of the famous film makers, including the Huang Ji, “A Builds”, shared with Otsuka Ryuji, who explores a pursuit of Chinese women to build a house while separating her Japanese family during Covid-19. Qiu Jiongjiong, who won the Locarno Special jury award for “A Nablive Play” with “Fuxi: Joy In Four Futers”, is a dark comedy on the Sichuan kitchen that includes “Stranger Eyes” Lee Kang-SHENG.
Other prominent projects include Chung Kate On “Mother Bome”, which is titled by the Chinese Star Bingting, a puzzle on a widow farmer facing the death of her husband, Sakamoto Yukari Supering School School Tale “White Flowers and Fruit” Teruhisa, and Yashashavi Juyal immigrant workers “The hand stained with ink and lost thumb.”
The collection represents many outputs for the first time, including the Indonesian actor Reda Radian “Bangco”, to address the controversial practice of picking up the lap in cafes, and “Momo shape” from Tinbini Ray.
ISABEL SANDOVAL offers from the 1970s “Moonglow”, the director star alongside Arjo Atayde, Wang Tong’s Wild Lights, Beasts, which shows Wan Qian and Quuxiao in a twisted love story between Zokeeper and Serial.
The menu that focuses on “AH Girl”, “AH Girl”, includes a seven -year -old, and caught between the divorced parents, “Tircy Choi’s” friends, and starring Jennifer Yu and Fish Liu in a triple love story that stretches on Macau, Taiwan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Joining them is the movie “her first taste”, which Gong Yunin achieved, picking up the feelings of raw teenagers through the amateur team, and “Li Jing’s name and poetry”, after the teenage girl sought to change her identity.
The approximation of the choice of WIP are Etjan Memet “Good Drink Pub”, which is a romantic comedy of Xinjiang around the owner of a Hafizel Port, and “Say My Name”, starring Yoyo Tse and Jack Tan in the story of identity deception and romance.
The forum has also proven industry muscles with four projects of graduates who made waves in Europe. “Living The Land” from Huo Meng is competing for the golden bear in Berlin, while “Jun Li” from Jun Li and the Min Kyu-Dong “Pag-WA” screen in panorama and special sections respectively. Li Dongmei “The Fruit” was recently shown in the Tiger competition in Rotterdam.
The projects will participate in the open stadium sessions at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, as it is presented to professionals in the industry first in these features coming from the region.
