Pakistan and Azerbaijan have taken a major step towards strengthening economic and commercial relations with the opening of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Pakistan. The new platform is expected to facilitate investment and increase trade cooperation between the two countries.
The Minister of Investment, Privatization and Communications, Abdel Alam Khan, along with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan in Pakistan Khazar Farhadov, was officially opened on Wednesday. Speaking at this event, Aleem Khan highlighted the Chamber’s role in simplifying investment and strengthening close economic relations.
He stated that the initiative will provide a platform dedicated to dealing with commercial matters and investment, which ensures a more efficient approach and coordination of bilateral economic activities. He stressed that sustainable development depends on strong strategic partnerships and expressed its confidence that the Chamber will open the new trade and investment opportunities for both countries.
This step indicates a commitment from both countries to enhance economic cooperation and take advantage of the unused capabilities in the main sectors. The establishment of the joint room is the beginning of a more organized and dynamic economic partnership between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
