Musk’s X wins the court to remove the judge in the German election data suit

The Elon Musk owned X obtained a request from the German Court to remove the judge who supervises his legal dispute with two active groups seeking to access election data in the actual time.

On Friday, the court document confirmed the ruling, which is part of an ongoing legal battle between X and democratic groups that receive international and the Civil Rights Association.

Earlier this month, a regional court in Berlin granted a proposal by active groups to force X to provide access to data in the actual time of the German elections on February 23 and Monday after two days of vote. The groups argued that they need data to monitor wrong information and mislead during the election period.

X submitted an appeal and a request to remove a judge in the case, on the pretext that the judge “participated positively” with the social media content from the plaintiffs.

The issue is revealed amid the increasing tensions between musk and the political leadership of Germany. Musk publicly criticized Counselor OLAF Scholz and expressed its support for the far -right alternative to the German party (AFD).

Activated groups claim that X has a legal duty to provide accessible and accessible election data, such as post Reach, posts, and likes – technically available information by manually clicking through posts but is practically difficult to collect them.

X has also announced plans to sue the German government in government courts and federal courts about what you call excessive user data requests. The International Government Affairs Department of the company said in a statement.

The Ministry of Digital Affairs in Germany admitted public X data, but said that no lawsuit has been filed yet.

However, the ruling can put a precedent for future legal disputes over access to election data.

Separately, it is said that musk and officials of the US Department of Government (DOGE) are working on a plan to simplify the federal bureaucracy during the era of President Donald Trump.
