Former Vice President Kamala Harris gave an exciting speech at the NAACP Awards for 56 photos on Saturday in the Pasadina Civic Hall in California, where the president of the organization’s president was accepted.
“This organization appeared in a moment in which our country struggled with greed, bitterness and hatred. With NAACP forgery, those who carried their legacy forward, they had no illusions about the forces they were on – no illusions about The range of road rocks. ” “But some look at this moment and really feel the weight of history. And she continued, “We use our strength; we are organizing, mobilization, we know and we call. Because, as you see, our strength has never come from an easy path. Our strength flows from our faith – faith in God, faith in each other, and we refused to surrender to ridicule and destruction. Not because it is easy , But because it is necessary.

The audience, who gave the former vice president to stand up when he walked on stage, continued to praise during Harris’s speech.
“Although there are no illusions about what we face in this chapter of our American story, this chapter will not be simply written by those who occupy the Oval Office – nor our richest between us. The American story will be written by you, by us – we are the people. Thank you. God bless you, and God bless the United States.
The President’s award honors individuals who “excel in public service and benefit from their unique platforms to ignite and change meaning.” Harris, born in Auckland, has served as a California Prosecutor and a member of the US Senate before history made the first black and South Asian American woman to be Vice President (with President Joe Biden). Then, in 2024, Harris managed another historical campaign as the first black and southern Asian woman to be nominated by the president of the president.
Among the honorees of the former President Amanda Gourman Award, Samuel L. Jackson, the late US Congress member John Lewis, Ruby de, Danny Glover, Reverend James Lawson, Tyler Perry, then Barack Obama, Congress member Benny C. Former surgeon Regina Benjamin.
