The Association of the Industry site strongly criticized the government of Sindh for its failure to organize trailers in Karachi after it caused a rapid trailer in a fatal accident on the ICI bridge, claiming the prominent industrial life, Ashraf Adamani and his son, Qued Adamani. The victims were heading to the site’s industrial zone when their car was hit by the reckless trailer.
In a recent press release, the head of the site’s association, Ahmed Azzim Alfi, expressed his deep sorrow over the accident and called for immediate reforms to control the movement that has not been verified for heavy vehicles in the city.
Two thousand governor Kamran Tusri and Prime Minister Sayyid Murad Ali Shah urged the application of strict regulations, including banning trailers from urban areas during peak hours.
He also called for an emergency meeting with government officials to address this issue and prevent more tragedies.
Despite the existing restrictions, trailers continue to work without deterrent, and often walk across the city during the banned hours.
Two thousand authorities criticized because of their lack of enforcement, warning that the activity of the irregular trailer could lead to a law and arrangement crisis.
The head of the site’s association called for the most severe punishment for the trailer driver participating in the accident and asked why heavy vehicles were allowed to violate traffic rules.
“The government of the bond government’s failure to control these deadly trailers raises serious concerns about its authority.”
Alfly emphasized that the lives of the Karachi citizens are not eliminated and urged the government to take decisive measures to ensure road safety.
“Urgent steps are needed to prevent further loss of lives due to reckless trailers,” I declared.
