Islamabad: On Friday, the government reduced the prices of all oil products, including gasoline by 0.50 rupees per liter, which raised it to 255.63 rupees from 256.13 rupees.
A press release issued by the Ministry of Finance said: “The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) reviewed and modified consumer prices for petroleum products, given the recent fluctuations in the international oil market.”
Accordingly, the high -speed diesel price has been reduced from 263.95 rupees to 258.64 rupees per liter, a decrease of 5.31 rupees per liter.
The government also reduced the price of superior kerosene oil by 3.53 rupees per liter of 171.65 rupees to 168.12 rupees, while the price of light diesel oil was reduced by 2.47 rupees per liter of 155.81 rupees to 153.34 rupees.
