Islamabad: The International Basketball Training and Training Camp, organized by the FBA, concluded in Islamabad.
According to the Secretary -General of the Federal Basketball Association in the Federal Federation ouj e Zahoor, the young players participated enthusiastically in the camp, and they got modern training to enhance their skills and performance.
Famous coaches, Luke Eli and Jacob Kim, the affiliate of the international sports coach at the American Organization, conducted various sessions at Bahrain University. The players have provided expert guidelines about fitness, skills development, technology, compound play, attack strategies, and other main areas of the game.
Ouj E Zahoor expressed his deep gratitude to American coaches Luke Elie and Jacob Kim for their participation in their valuable experience, knowledge and passion for young athletes. Both local players and coaches have gained important visions during training sessions. Bahria University also thanked its outstanding support, which enabled the international record facilities to provide.
On the last day of the camp, friendly matches were organized between the players, and certificates were distributed to all participants in appreciation of their dedication and achievements.
The Pakistan Basketball Association (PBBF) also welcomed the joint project as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance basketball in the country. “This is another important step towards raising the level of basketball in Pakistan,” a PBBF spokesman said. “International partnerships are like this vital to the growth of our players and the development of our training infrastructure.”
The CTI-FBA Training Camp reflects the increasing commitment of the main stakeholders to enhance a new generation of basketball talents and represents a new chapter in the sports scene in Pakistan.
