Beta Cinema has acquired international sales rights to Let It Rain, the new film from Oscar-nominated director Hannes Holm (“A Man Called Ove”), starring Robert Gustafsson, star of the box office hit “The 100-Year-Old.” . man.”

The story takes place in a small town in southern Sweden, where angry widower Ingmar lives an orderly life. The screenplay was written by Hannes Holm and Jonas Carlsson, based on Carlsson’s novel “Regnmannen” (Rain Man). The film was shot by John Christian Rosenlund (“The Wave”, “The King’s Choice”, “Hammarskjöld”), and produced by Patrick Rebhorn, Unlimited Stories, in a co-production with Nordisk Film, SVT, Film i Skåne, Film i.
